Third-Party Service Providers

To provide the Service, we engage third-party service providers in the following categories:

• Document Processing: Uploaded PDFs are processed by third-party OCR and machine learning services to extract and normalize fixture data
• Infrastructure: We use third-party providers for database storage, user authentication, file storage, and web hosting
• Payment Processing: Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment providers

Data transmitted to these providers is encrypted in transit and subject to contractual data protection obligations. We select providers that maintain industry-standard security certifications and practices.

Data Sharing

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not share your individual project data with other sales representatives
• We may share aggregated, anonymized patterns internally to improve the platform

The Vault

Your uploaded manufacturer data, line cards, and product catalogs are treated as confidential information. They are stored in an isolated, access-controlled vault that is never shared with other LightMatch Pro users. Only you and Quarric LLC staff (for support purposes) can access this data. This is a fundamental commitment to your privacy.

Data Retention

We retain your information as follows:

• Active account data is retained while your account is active
• Data associated with deleted accounts is removed within 90 days
• Exceptions apply where data retention is required by law or regulation
• Aggregated patterns derived from your data before deletion may persist as they no longer contain individually identifiable information

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format

LightMatch Pro is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided information to us, we will delete such information and terminate the child's account.
